We have a network of experienced professionals who volunteer their time to mentor youth exploring career opportunities in Technology, Management, Marketing, Health Sciences, Project Management, and many other fields. Feel free to book a session with our mentors to ask questions, seek career guidance, and/or learn more about your field of interest.

Ahmet Cagri Ozer
Ahmet Cagri is a Full-Stack Software Engineer with expertise in JavaScript technologies, including React, Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript, as well as experience across the full software development lifecycle. At Prisma Academy, he mentors youth interested in software engineering and technology, providing guidance on technical skills, career development, and opportunities in Canada's growing tech industry.
Aysen Kabakci
Aysen K. is a Senior Salesforce Developer in the healthcare industry with an engineering background and over five years of Salesforce experience. After transitioning from civil engineering to tech, she built a career designing and delivering Salesforce solutions, from business analysis and solution architecture to development and API integrations. As the sole Salesforce professional in her organization, she leads projects across the full Salesforce lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that support business needs. At Prisma Academy, she supports new IT graduates and career changers as they build confidence and take the next step in their journey whether that's polishing a resume, preparing for technical and behavioural interviews, or just figuring out where to start.
Bilge Sirin
Bilge is a Registered Psychotherapist working across private practice and community mental health settings. She is the founder of Noesis Psychotherapy and holds academic training in neuroscience, psychology, and counselling psychology. Her work is grounded in an integrative approach that combines scientific understanding with compassionate, client-centered care.
Serdar Donduren
Serdar Donduren is an experienced educator and ESL specialist based in Toronto, Ontario, with a Bachelor of Education and Master of Education. He holds Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) registration and has extensive experience in literacy instruction, curriculum design, and educational program development. He currently volunteers as a college guidance with Prisma Academy, helping students navigate their educational pathways. He is passionate about multilingual education, teacher professional development, and supporting learners of all backgrounds to achieve their academic goals.
Harun Zafer
Harun Zafer is a Toronto-based software engineer and ex-Amazon developer with 15+ years of experience building full-stack web applications and SaaS products. At Prisma Academy, he mentors youth on practical pathways into software engineering, AI, and product-building, sharing real-world project experience and career guidance to help them thrive in today’s tech industry.
Levent Timur
Levent volunteers his time to mentor university students, graduate students, recent graduates, and professionals by offering thoughtful guidance, practical perspective, and a supportive space to navigate their educational, career, and life journeys. Professionally, he brings experience in AI, analytics, digital transformations, and business strategy, including leadership roles in industry and consulting at a Big Four firm - helping organizations apply emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges.
Musa Gokbulut
Musa is a life coach based in Toronto, dedicated to helping individuals achieve personal growth, build stronger family relationships, and navigate everyday life with confidence and purpose. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and currently works as an Amazon seller, bringing practical business experience alongside his coaching background. Passionate about community development, he enjoys mentoring people from diverse backgrounds and sharing practical knowledge to support meaningful and lasting growth.

With over 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector, he has dedicated his career to empowering youth as they navigate their career pathways and transition into the workforce. His expertise lies in supporting individuals who are uncertain about their career direction, helping them identify their strengths, explore meaningful career options, and connect with relevant education, training, and employment opportunities. Through a client-centered and compassionate approach, he is committed to helping youth build fulfilling and sustainable careers.

Haji Piriyev
Haji Piriyev has experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical production, quality compliance, and logistics. He has also studied bioinformatics and brings hands-on experience in that field. At Prisma Academy, he mentors youth interested in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, and bioinformatics, helping them explore educational pathways and career opportunities in Canada's life sciences sector.

Emel (Ljushi) Zafer is a Senior Account Processing Officer at CIBC Wood Gundy and volunteer career coach, with deep experience in registered investment products and foreign exchange trading in international banking. At Prisma Academy, she mentors youth on practical pathways into financial services, banking, and project management, helping them navigate education choices and early career opportunities in Canada’s finance sector.
Emre Bircan
Emre is a Project Manager with experience delivering commercial and institutional construction projects, specializing in project planning, cost control, and team leadership. At Prisma Academy, they mentor youth interested in construction management and engineering, providing guidance on educational pathways, industry best practices, and career opportunities in Canada's construction sector.
Erkam Aytac
Erkam is a Legal Assistant, where he provides legal and administrative support in the areas of wills and estates, as well as real estate law. At Prisma Academy, he mentors youth on career pathways in law, public administration, and the legal profession, drawing on his experience in legal research, drafting, client service, and case administration. Erkam holds an Honours degree in Political Science from York University and a Professional Certificate in Public Administration & Law, and is passionate about helping young people explore meaningful careers in the legal field.
